Simple Steps to Planning the Perfect Fundraiser

Planning Meetings

✔ GOALS: Discuss your group’s fund raising goals

✔ PUBLICITY: Plan your publicity and promotion

✔ ORGANIZE: Organize your group for a successful campaign

Kickoff

✔ MOTIVATION: Conduct a brief motivational meeting with your sellers

✔ EXPLANATION: Explain the program benefits, products and the order form

Selling Period

✔ TAKE ORDERS: Your sellers take orders from family, relatives, and friends for 7 to 14 days

✔ TABULATE: Tabulate your orders

✔ TURN-IN: Orders are called or faxed into your local consultant, to our Academy representative, or submitted online

✔ PAYMENT: Once we receive payment for the net cost of the products (Selling cost less 40% profit) we’ll submit your order

Delivery

✔ DELIVERY: We deliver the products to your multi-purpose area within two weeks of submitting your order

✔ SORTED BY SELLER OPTION:  You have the option to have each order sorted by seller, so when your order is received, all you have to do is pass out each package.  This is a great way to go if you won’t have anyone heading up your fundraiser at your organization.  Your profit will be reduced by 5% for this option.
