How can I check the status of my order?
Once the Academy ships your order, we will e-mail you a shipping notification with a link to track your order.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We currently accept the following major credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you need to pay by check, we will have to hold the processing of your order until your check has cleared the bank. Your orders are processed once we’ve received your payment in full.
Is it safe to provide credit card information on your site?
The Academy takes every possible step to ensure your privacy and protect your credit information. All credit card information is transmitted via a secure website. Your credit card is billed at the time you place an order, and we do not store your credit card information.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, please call our offices between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday PST to place your order by phone.
Can you ship internationally?
At this time, the Academy can ship orders to the 48 continental United States, plus Alaska and Hawaii We do not ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses or international addresses.
When should I expect to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 2 days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). You will receive your orders within 14 days from when your order is processed.
How do I return a product?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Department by phone or e-mail.
Why do we pay shipping and handling?
We must collect shipping and handling fees for each item, just like Amazon or any other online sales organization does. If you have other questions regarding shipping and handling, please feel free to contact us.
