✔ Shipping & Handling Cost: $2 per item = $2,000
✔ Selling Price: $17,000 – $2,000 = $15,000
✔ Total Profit: $15,000 at 40% = What You Get to Keep = $6,000
Sell price does not include shipping and handling ($2 per item), which has been included in the list price for all items.
